• You can cancel your reservation without charges up to 14 days before arrival
• In case of a cancellation between 14 days and 2 days before arrival, a gift voucher for the total amount of your reservation will be handed to you. This gift voucher is valid for 1 year.
• Every cancellation occurring less than 48 hours before arrival will result in full payment of your reservation. In case of a no show, the total amount of the reservation will also be billed to you.
